Concerning the UFO at Eden

"Concerning the UFO in Eden"

These are Adam and Eve as aliens
Alien Adam and Eve is a quasi-autobiographical meditation about man and woman and the fact that we might not actually be real humans. This dude is actually a guy I am attached to, off and on, who was the model for the man and has scars he swears he got on the same night he and his friends saw the space ship. He is the lover, the alien. They gave him a human name and social security number, but I am just not sure he is human.

There are theories that aliens had something to do with the origin of humans on Earth. Adam and Eve are the relationship and original gender archetypes. They have sex toys as genitals, which are somehow more fleshy and real looking than the alien foil bodies, but at the same time are the most fake. These contemporary replacements for real love and real sex are indicative of the essential love connection and procreation instruments removed from actual humanness.

My God, when I was googling to find the best and cheapest fake genitals I saw every kind of toy and usable body part imaginable. I suppose we no longer need each other. It’s a strange world.
The figures are detailed in some areas and hanging plastic or tape in others. Its a glimpse into their construction; a metaphor on being human, are we a great miracle or a makeshift conglomeration of materials at hand? Or both? I tend toward both.

I have never been that interested in UFOs. I have known plenty of people who claim to have seen ships and aliens. I even made a film of an old man in Mexico who said he was in the ship on many occasions. I was in Meridian Hill Park on May 27 with the above-mentioned Adam model with UFO scar and I saw a big light in the sky close to the Earth and turning at right angles. I reported it to the UFO websites. He said that that’s just what they look like. Erie!
Grounded in the DC tradition of aluminum foil works. If you haven’t seen “The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations Millennium General Assembly” by James Hampton in The American Museum of Art, go. The video made about me “Eve in the Third Heaven” is coincidence.
